UTSAV MATRIMONY COM retail store may also be able to assist you to create your profile, however, you must have a valid/operational mobile phone number and an email id.

The profiles in the database of UTSAV MATRIMONY COM are classified broadly on the basis of language and region for the ease and convenience of its Candidate / customer.

UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidates are provided with free/paid access for searching profiles from the database of UTSAV MATRIMONY COM, as per the partner preference set by you (on the Website) and you shortlist the prospective alliances yourself.

UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidateship is guided by the terms and conditions mentioned herein below. By using or accessing the UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions ("Agreement"):

(B) Further in capacity as UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidate you confirm that you are : (a) 18 years or above (if you are a woman) or 21 years or above (if you are a man); (b) Legally competent to marry as per the law applicable to you (however you may register on our website by stating "Awaiting Divorce"), and (c) Not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force from entering into a valid marriage.
2. Registration:- (A) If at any point of time UTSAV MATRIMONY COM comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then UTSAV MATRIMONY COM shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidateship and forfeit any amount paid by you towards UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidateship fee and refuse to provide UTSAV MATRIMONY COM service to you thereafter. (B) UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidateship is restricted strictly to the registered UTSAV MATRIMONY COM individual Candidate only. Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Candidates of UTSAV MATRIMONY COM and nor use the UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Service or UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidates data for any commercial purpose, and UTSAV MATRIMONY COM reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation (C) UTSAV MATRIMONY COM does not provide any kind of personal information about the candidate or his family or relatives. Before getting in the agreement of marriage all candidates should inquire about each other's family, relatives and background by themselves. (D) shree sidhivinayak is not responsible for any kind of dispute between the two candidates before marriage or after marriage . Candidates will owe the responsibility for the disputes. (E) Candidate should provide true information about himself and his family. If any information is false institution will cancel his Candidateship and fees will not be refunded. (F) UTSAV MATRIMONY COM does not guarantee any kind numbers of biodata or meeting or data in any of their schemes or packages. Therefore complaints from family Candidates and candidate regarding this will not be entertained. (G) Registration fee of candidate to UTSAV MATRIMONY COM is non refundable or transferable in any case. (H) If UTSAV MATRIMONY COM changes any of the rule after candidate have joined them, candidate will have to follow them. (I) If UTSAV MATRIMONY COM changes any of the rule of candidate package, candidate will have to follow them. (J) UTSAV MATRIMONY COM have the rights to use candidate's information anywhere they want. Candidate can not complain against it. (K) Candidate will need to inform about discontinuation for his membership in written at the end of candidate's package. If not done so membership will be continued for next year and candidate will need to pay the renew fees for the same. (L) I hereby certify that the information provided to UTSAV MATRIMONY COM by me is accurate and will be the truthful description of your true self. If any information given by me is false or wrong in any condition then I am solely responsible for it.

UTSAV MATRIMONY COM is an endeavor to help you find your dream life partner (prospect) through of process of automated searching, shortlisting and contacting prospects amongst our registered Candidates.

UTSAV MATRIMONY COM reproduces your details once you register on our website on "as is as available" basis and also share your profile with other registered UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidates.

(16) To protect the broader interest of the registered UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidate and increase the efficiency, UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidates ensure to keep their username and password safe and confidential for using the UTSAV MATRIMONY COM services.

Any additional information / data required by UTSAV MATRIMONY COM for using the UTSAV MATRIMONY COM services shall be provided by the UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidate, as and when so sought by UTSAV MATRIMONY COM.

In case partner preference is modified by UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidate, then the automated system generated prospect search results in website may also undergone corresponding changes.

UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidates are requested to exercise due care and caution while shortlisting the prospect and satisfy themselves before making a choice of your match through adequate efforts, initiatives and due diligence. UTSAV MATRIMONY COM shall not be liable for short coming due to any misrepresentations made by any of its UTSAV MATRIMONY COM Candidates.
